Default Disable Active sync in the new ofiicial HTC ROM update

Has anyone figured out a way how to stop Active sync from automaticly launching in the new ofiicial HTC ROM update??

You can choose to use your device as a removable drive and ignore activesync altogether. Go to settings, connections and usb to pc. This was already possible on the first roms.

I was talking about active sync running as a backround process all the time. That is what I'm tryiing to disable.
