Vista users have to copy Upgrade_ROM.bat to the keepout folder and run it from there.


Warning: First flash back to WM5. I'm using a new update utility. The only thing you need to do is to click the batch file and wait. You don't need to copy cabs or other things anymore. But be sure you made a hard reset after flashing!!
The first startup of WM6.5 can take up to 5 min.

WOW! Good to hear that. Just one question: Can it be a pure/essential version of WM6.5?
Anyway, I cant wait...

It is at least 10 MB more as WM6.1 so it has to be pure or it would be to big for our Charmers.

I just wonder, how much performance penalty comes with WM6.5 . Is the ~200MHz processor would be enough for this OS, or the memory size, etc? We will see it soon...

ON Wizard and Prophet it works. But it isn't as shiny as it is on new devices and it is very slow. But I'll try to get it ok.

Best of luck, I tryed it on a Universal and was poor on speed and a few graphical glitches when rotating the screen.
