What answer are you looking for? The game pad that you can download on the first post works pretty good. It's not perfect, and probably not great with games that require lots of buttons at once. But there are a ton of games that this gamepad works just fine with.
To get any better would require a miracle from your local deity. Only so much can be done with the hardware.
