Exclamation Bugs and fixes for TF3D (Landscape) centralize discussion

Since we don't have a common source of this new TF3D and every cooks have it's own implementation. I think it's better to centralize the bugs and fixes discussion to collects all the brain power/knowledge here to get this puppy stabilize.

Current base: TF3D2 from Topaz rom

Read the following rules before you filed a bug:
  1. This thread is not about how to install TF3D and assume you got TF3D installed and working
  2. This thread is intended to get TF3D working as what it should be. Go somewhere else for Mod/Customization, and how to do this and that.
  3. Make sure you got Opera 9.5 installed as many features rely on it.
  4. Read the existing list first before you file a new one.
  5. Only report reproducible bug w/ details/steps to reproduce (Don't report any random crash/bug that you cannot even reproduce it)
  6. You are welcome to report any existing bug that is not happening on you so that we could look into the diffs
Fixed Bug list (fixes in the attached zip file):
  1. TF3D show HTC logo but won't start: Missing htcDutils.dll
  2. Camera button don't start: Use the Camera package from Rhodium
  3. "My contact card" in setting is not working / call history crash ..etc: Missing httpclient.dll
  4. "Use Camera" in "Edit Contact Card" brings up video recording instead of picture taking: Set HD Camera Apps as the default camera apps.
  5. "Sim card not ready" error for SMS message (call history > call entry > Messages tab): Missing CommManagerDll.dll
  6. "Key Lock" status is not saved after soft-reset. Fixed w/ latest Rhodium packages (don't remember exactly which). Current workaround is change it in registry.
Existing bug list:
  1. Sms reader tab can show only 25 messages (I cannot confirm it since I don't have that many SMS msg)
  2. TF3D Panel is not working. PM Pubba already to see if he could help

I don't have this issue. I bet it's the missing httpclient.dll

httpclient? Can you share this file? I have the same issues as itje in my rom
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=486582

edit:thx, found by myself but it doesn´t work. I just copied it to the windows folder, let´s see if there´s a change by cooking it in but I think it won´t help. Maybe there´s a missing reg key or sth. like this.

@guap
What do you mean by swiping down? The contact pictures in TF3D? I don´t have this issue, only the issues in the call history tab.

Hmm weather shows up in weather tab on my rom. Did you set your city in the clock settings area? I think thats what causes it to work

weather shows up in your B3 as well Itje.

It's set exactly as Bxsteez says, you have to change the location in the clock..

nto much of an issue here, we use both F and C, often at the same time!

sometimes you work so much to find a sollution that you are looking to deep into it, and not seeing the easy one right before your eyes...
