emergency somebody help me pls

my jade suddently can not touch any more after i turn it off and turn it on
i try to hard reset my device but it still can not touch
some body please help me this solution
i'm living in viet nam

If you use screen protector, definitely try taking it off. You can also try removing battery for some time.

If it does not help, your device is probably faulty. It sometimes happen. Sorry to hear that. It happened to my friend with HTC Artemis once. You probably should return it to your vendor for replacement.

Oh no, I wouldn't advice this... It seems that there is a problem with the device itself, so it's better to send it back for replacement or repair.

If he does hard-SPL, he is in danger to lose the waranty!

i bought it in singapore but i live in viet nam so i can not replacement.
i had order the touch screen (not lcd) on ebay i hope after repaired it can work again.
it's unlucky for me.
