Default Kaiser wont charge, notification light flashes instead, help please

Hi Guys

Took a long run on my motorcycle in pretty cold conditions, phone was like a block of ice after, lesson learnt, however it wont charge now. The orange notification light flashes when plugged in to charger or pc usb. Very odd, Tried hard reset, can anyone help please
Just to add, activesync still works, ive got 2 batterys, however they both got frozen. Thinking maybe the batterys are damaged?

The lithium-ion acid may have been damaged so the first thing would be to try a new battery, if that doesn't work then you're in a pickle :|

Thanks for the replies, a random search on google suggested removing the battery whilst charging (phone off and charging), leave for a few minutes and put battery back in. said something about reseting charging something, anyway, it worked, both batterys are working again
