need help i foramtted my HPA , shift vista rcovery.bin

hi guys i do need a big help here may be can any one give me a hand , i insalled last night about 5 am (,bit diizy on that time ) ubuntu mid and without knowing i FORMATTED the whole disk , and the big problem is i cant make a restoration on vista fn+F3 does work but BOOTMGR is missing can any one give a link where i can FTP or download the SHIFT VISTA RECOVERY (spanish or english ) bin so i can install by SLAX or any solution to this problem like disk recovery file . i installed last night vista light but no luck touchscreen, dont work wlan ,problem, com button, dont work screen resolution changer

well its been 2 days that i did not touch my shift nearly brick it , and i nearly send it to the HTC technician in spain (2 months ) but thank s for you guys for helping me restore the HPA on vista recovery for the shift , with this link you can access and download the restoration partition of your shift https://phatpipez.homeftp.org/HTCShift/ i really want to thank you all i should be giving a donation ? hell yeah they deserve it €€€
