Memphis - Android or Windows Mobile?

The site my company is seeing some hits from something reporting a user agent which makes it look like a HTC Memphis running a version of Androids Cup Cake release.

Does anyone know if this is the 'phones native OS, or if it's a port running on Windows Mobile?

(I've tried the forum search, but searching for Memphis didn't yield anything that might help)

no one knows for sure but the face of it is identical to the htc magic so i am assuning (and hoping) it does run android!
