Default [Comp_Theme]: Vista by pud v.96 RC33 Almost done =)

So i changed themes mid-competition and ran out of time and motivation. So i have here for everyone...a mostly done theme. I will finish this theme in the next few days and also be releasing another theme that i started for this competition.

They say a picture is worth a 1000 words...here is 8000 words for you!

Things left to do:
A better boot screen. Had an idea that isn't working out.
Finish some of the .9s that are left over, some seem to fit well.
Redo the clock, again!
Add Wallpapers.
things left in comments.

Hope everyone likes the theme and I look forward to almost missing the next deadline, Thanks for the extra day! =)

::EDIT:: 03/18/09 - Add wallpapers to use with the theme, these will be built into the theme.
