Yes, that is a possibility. Although I cannot reproduce the error on any of my test devices. Can I ask: are you connecting via 3G/HSDPA or wifi? Also which country are you connecting from?

The error occurs 100% of the time when I click on US feeds in the Live TV section. Other countries work most of the time but US never works for me. After the error, I can only press Details or Quit. Details brings me to the screen that others have reported here and from there I can only Quit. Pressing Quit just exits the program.

I've tried both 3G and Wifi.

I've downloaded and installed this software. It keeps bugging me and telling me to upgrade to be available to stream more data. This is ok. But I havent managed to find out how this works with megabytes etc.. do I pay MONTHLY like the Spotify client for a certain amount of megabytes?

I could just need some tips on what to upgrade to. Pro? Premium?

Thanks in advance

Edit: I have one more question: I'm taking a vacation to a place that has EDGE only.. There by I wonder if the myPlayer can pre-buffer videos..? or CorePlayer that would be more correct..

Yep, I'm getting same message as above. However I for one will NOT be willing to pay to access something which is free - BBC iPlayer is freely accessible, and charging people to access it is disgusting.

Whether that is the case or if it is an application bug I don't know, but lets hope it is fixed soon.

myPlayer Lite is a free application and access to all of the BBC content is free. Please make sure that your stream setting is set to direct access and that you are using a service provider from within the UK.

Please can you contact skynetinfo@ftml.net and let them know your device key (which is visible on the About screen, "Menu -> About"). They should be able to assist you with the connection problem.
