How to make custom cab file for settings?

Hey all,

Been playing with my X1 all day, it was original Vodafone and i unlocked it to accept my O2 simcard - tried to manually set up all the settings for internet and MMS - and could only get internet to work.

So flased to the latest O2 rom - and MMS and internet work fine - however i want to debrand it - i have a rom ready but i would to create a cab file to automatically insert the O2 settings...

Is there an easy way to do this?
