My AT&T Tilt loses connection randomly

My AT&T got into the habit of losing connection randomly. If I switch of the radio, and switch it on after about 30 seconds, the phone reconnects and works for a brief time but it would then lose connection again. Any ideas of what may be causing this problem?

Radio is a good place to start, well actually the best thing todo first is provide more info on youre issue like: ROM & Radio + country. Additional when did it start acting like this? Out of the box? After 1 day - week + + The more info, easier it is to isolate and search for clues.

I had the same problem last year. I had to buy another Tilt. Try some of the suggestions found here, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=443495 Maybe you will fair better than I did.
