How can I get and install a spanish rom?

I have bought an English P6500 Sedna, i live in Spain and I would like to install a spanish ROM for it. Where can I get the ROM and whats the way to install it?

How ironic. I have a spanish ROM and have been looking for a S/N for the english ROM. You can go on the HTC website and download an official spanish version with the following s/n : HT811G300152. Now it would be great if you could give me the english version. You can find it when you remove the battery.

Do you know if I need anything more to install this rom? (I have read something about Hard-SPL but I dont know what this is).

The only worry you might have is if your phone is locked and then you would have to crack it. If the phone is unlocked, once you download the original HTC file, you simply have to have your phone charged and connected with activesync, launch the RUU file and bingo.

I have done HardSPL beacuse my Sedna was locked by Orange UK, but I have unlocked it using this site: http://www.4winmobile.com/forums/pho...gned_ship.html

There is also a downloable English ROM at that site.

After unlocking I have installed Spanish ROM downloaded at official HTC site using Milestheviking´s S/N (thanks again, I have sent you a private msg with my S/N).

Now I have the last ROM for this Phone working perfectly!!!
