Actually it's not a bug! This is the normal behaviour of MS3 when changing orientation. After rotating to landscape, you can arrange your icons in the way you want, and this layout will be saved as a separate landscape layout. Whenever you make changes to one of the two orientations, they will apply to both ones, but you may need to rearrange the icons to show properly. I love a theme, but it isn't in my langage.
