[THM] Dark-Knight for manila v3

it supports all manilla v3 with CFC (touch it 7.xx + jack 3.6 med & 3.3 full).
use non CFC cab TIT v5.xx and jack 3.x

will get a update when itje releases his 7.2 with landscape support

some may be having rendering issue due to two diffrent version of HTC menu...if u have then just use the HTCmenu.zip from post 1

It was not a bug from this theme i found out it's a bug in touch it 7.1.
But I got it fixed already.
