To answer my own question: Installing this does not effect the ROM.

And it looks great!

when i try to install, it freezes at 0%, nothing happens

use (U)SPL and the latest CustomRUU (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=435110), as you would with every other ROM.
