How do dismount Touch HD ?

Hi !

I'm french, and today I want to change my Touch Screen (the Black part with the four buttons, the HTC logo, etc...) but with my new touch screen there isn't the notice to dismount this touch screen

Somebody knows how to do that ?

I read the manual, but I have some problems to disassemble the phone... in fact, when I try to insert the flat plastic stick between the housing and
Antenna cover to release the hooks, as it is explain in the manual, it doesn't work at me... I try, but nothing move... i don't know how do that.

If somebody already did that, help is WELCOME

Have you considered opting for HTC service center as it might be risky to unmount HD ?
