user privileges

I was wondering if there is some sort of admin rights I need to enable on my phone to change particular settings / install things as I've been trying to upgrade Opera 9.5 to the WVGA 16070 build and it won't let me saying I don't have enough privileges and whenever I try to change the UserAgent and hit save (and restart) it's still stuck on UserAgent of 1. Anyone have an idea?? Thanks

Try this:

• Install sdkcerts.cab (attached)
• Soft reset
• Turn off TF3D (since there is an Opera/Internet tab)
• Soft reset
• Install new Opera CAB

Thanks for that I gave that a go but Opera still refuses to install. Still says the application/task doesn't have enough rights.
