Sprite Backup program Problem!!!

I just bought my D2 which come with the backup software "Sprite Backup", I had tried several time already but it always failed, anyone has the same problem?
Mine is Chinese Diamond 2 Version

I 've had the same problem and it was solved by doing the following:

1)Open the File Explorer
2)Click Menu--> View Options
3)Tick "Show all files"

I don't know if that's the case but it worked for me.

hi bro, i download the program frm HTC website, i install it on my PC, what is the next step? after installed, i try to back up, an error message prompt out Please Ensure Sprite Backup is install in your device, can anyone guide me?

i try to run the setup file in my phone but it cant install

Wish I could remember exactly how to set it up, but I can't. What I do remember clearly though is that you have to run it from your PC the first time - it can't be run from the device initially. Did you get the app' onto the device via Activesync? I seem to remember it working through Activesync the first time, but like you I failed to start it on the device, so I'd give up trying that way - it's a waste of time. Persevere with it like I did, and you'll get there!
