Default "Phone Keypad" from Diamond 1?

Could anyone recommend any "phone keypad" - like the one came preinstalled in D1?

The one with 10 buttons: 1 2ABC 3DEF etc.

Or any alternatives?

Thank you!@

Do you not like the one on the D2? I'm sure there is a CAB outh there for the HD. I don't have time to search for it though. That shoud work perfect.

There are three different keypads in D2. Default is "Full QWERTY", but you can select Phone Keypad or Keyboard (with ctrl button) if you hold the little up-arrow next to the tiny keyboard icon at the bottom of the screen. It appears every time you have an input field in focus, or when writing text messages, mail, etc... Context menu pops up with all different keypads.

The D2 does have the key pad. That is what I was asking about... LOL.... My thumbs are big I bite my nails clear off all my fingers and still can type with the full qwerty.

So everytime I hear the excuse of big thumbs I like to call BS.

you should be able to DL the diamond 2 keyboard CAB. Actually I have on. Will post it up.

Please note I did not make this cab. I found it when searching for the keyboard for my Elfin. I cannot find the source I got it from or would post it. It was from someone who extracted all the programs from the D2.

Never mind. The CAB was on my other HD wich crashed a few weeks ago. Sorry but cannot find the CAB files online. It was on everythingdiamond.inf but it seems they have lost them when they swiched servers. not sure if it would have worked because they ported them for VGA use. I do think they had the origial WVGA cab available too.
