Just used it, and it let me find the Myspace app that for some stupid reason is missing in the european market. Installed and worked great

Darn, tried this hoping it could give us back wifi tether in the US but no dice. Any chance someone could make an app that does that?

I can confirm this app working in Sweden using a "Tre" SIM. I can now see paid apps.

All tethering to data plan programs are entirely removed from Market, duo to T-Mobile restrictions. There is one tethering program on the market that uses the BT to provide phone's WiFi to PC.

you can still get the wifi-tether for root users at the google code site
