need help installing rc30 or rc33

hey i been freaking out for the past 3 days, i installed root on my phone b4 then i installed the cupcake jf 1.5 to my phone, then i installed rc29 trying to go back to rc30 then to upgrade using the ota update so it wouldnt be buggy like jf 1.5... but now im stock at rc29 and i really dont know what to do i dont know if my got removed or if i can go back to rc30 or rc33, can someone help plz?? i really tried looking for a lot of answer but i dont understand anything at all anymore.

here it what it says on my build number :

killa-user 1.0 tc4-rc29 115247
ota-rel-keys,release-keys


with the build number can i find out what im doing wrong ?? all i want is to go back to rc33 or cupcake again plz help!!

Dude relax. Tmobile should automatically send you an update that will upgrade you to Rc33.

You sure? I'm on rc29 now and its been for the past 3 days.. idk what to do I only wish I had my rc33 back lol

First off, why would you want to go back to the $#!t stock phone firmware?
But yeah, if you unrooted your phone successfully, just wait for T-Mo to send you an update. If nothing happens in the next two years, follow these instructions:
