Default Help my diamond 2 is dying!!!

My diamond 2 said the battery is low, then i plugged it into the charger, they indicator light turned on but after some time i removed it, it said low battery still after charging it for 4 hours, and now it has tuned off and not turning on anymore. Now when i am plugging it in the charger the indicator light is not coming and and it is not even turning on. Any way to fix it. Please reply back asap. thanks

No it didnt fall, or get damaged in anyway, just got it!!!!

Default Nothing you can do

There's probably not much you can do, you've got a faulty unit. Contact the retailer you bought it from and see if you can return it, if they wont accept returns contact the HTC customer service department in your country and since its new and under warranty you can send it in for repairs. DONATE TO ME
or try a new battery from ebay or something, and maybe a soft reset

I think the problem is from the battery cause the phone was fine but the battery wasnt getting charged, although if the battery shouldnt get charged while it is plugged i think it should work right, but it isnt. Tried soft rest and hard reset no use!!!. Well i just emailed the company nd they will hopegully replace my phone. thanks alot guys for your help. but please if there is any way helpp!!. thanks again

I am having the same issue now.. Charged for like 4+ hours.. and when i disconnect, it says low battery..

Have to call up HTC

Well i just called htc in singapore, and they said i have to go down to their service center. It will take them 3-5 days to find the problem with the phone. If its faulty, they will either replace the faulty part or the whole phone.. This sucks.. Damn, i bought the phone on saturday

I even sent it back to htc for repair, seems like it will take 1 week for me..... really sux!!!
