Can't flash rom to an other rom

Ok i got a problem, i'm sick of Touch X (impossible, but true) and i wanted something new now, i used HardSPL, did the whole tutorial thing over again, but when my phone restarts while HardSPL is working on it, it goes to the screen with the 4 colors, says it's loading...but a few minutes after that...nothing, and HardSPL tells me it all failed..

Help me please, i wanna know how to fix this and all^^

You only have to hardspl once, so just pick a new rom, put it on your sd card/use the bootloader, and flash it.

Its all in the forums. You read the Tutorial? Have you ever looked at step 2?

Flash Roms by using Micro SD. Should work .
