change firmware on my HTC HD

My HTC HD have

RUU_BlackStone_HTC_GER_1.56.407.2_Radio_52.60.25.3 3_1.12.25.16DE (german rom) installed and i would like to change to English ROM.

Can i just use a new English Firmware ROM and install it on my HTC HD. If yes where can i fnd the new English ROM ?

It depends what you want.
If you want to flash a custom ROM like Duttys v3.4 or a windows mobile 6.5 ROM, you need to start at the link posted by zuadao.
In this case I recommend that you read a lot about HSPL, USPL etc. and try to learn how it works.

If all you want is to get an english speaking standard ROM from HTC, you'll find them in the wiki: http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=HTC_Blackstone_Ship_exe.
You can pick any ROM that has the word "WWE" in its name (WWE means world wide english).
In this case, all you need is to download the ROM and run the exe.

No he can't flash directly any other rom, only Ger version, cause spl local control the zone of the rom corrispond to spl zone!
To perform a flash of a rom with another language you must use Hardspl or Uspl!

In the case of changing language using a stock ROM, I would use cRaCKwHoRe's USPL GUI v 2.5 Application to load USPL and the flash a stock ROM from the wiki.
There are instructions on how to run USPL GUI in the download and thread.

Thank you mate's. One more question: is there any risk if i use USPL GUI v 2.5 Application and then i flash a Stock ROM? If i install a english ROM and then i want go back to the original German one , can i still do this ?

Which one is better ? Hardspl or Uspl ?

Is the USPL GUI v 2.5 Application only for Stock ROM or for all ROM ?

Do i also need to uninstall "USPL GUI v 2.5 Application" after i installed the Stock ROM ?

No any risk, you can go back aslo using Uspl or Hspsl, but you must have the original rom and stock spl for you device!

You can use Uspl for every rom you want flash, read instruction in the uspl gui thread and uspl thread!

Why uninstall? It's on your pc, not on pda, you must use it every time you want flash a rom!
