Looking for Swedish ROM for a G4 Qtek S200

My dear ol' Qtek is Stuck in bootloader screen (tri-color) after a flash gone bad.
From what I can gather in the forums (and wiki) I need the vendor ROM to put it back on it's feet again.

Today the Boot reads.
IPL 2.10
SPL 2020.0001

I have tried the NVID ROM, it runs (with the progressbad going red a few times on the phone) once it's done the phone resumes the taunting boot-screen with the same information as above.
I have tried the G4 SPL update and the updated passes with no errors, and the Qtek boots in an ALL GREEN screen with the same IPL.SPL as above.

I know the original OS was Swedish, but I cannot find one anywhere.

What are the alternatives from here?? Thankful for any help I can get.
