anyone know how to play pokemon games on touch HD
do i need morphgear or anything like that.

Yes, you need an emulator. MorphGear works perfectly on HD.

Simply download the program and install it with some modules ( here ). Then download a good skin for gamepad like this. Now just transfer some ROMs ( google for them ) on your HD and load them with MorphGear.

got all the files now i think but how do you install everything

The modules are .cab files, transfer them on the HD and install.

the problem is that the gameboy module for pocketpc dosent exist

The original GameBoy i don't think exist, only GameBoy Color and Advance.

i dont want the original but do you got an link for gameboy color or advance module or are you not allowed to post it
