Android installation:

Download the latest build here, copy AndroidApps and media folders in Internal Storage.
Create a folder called android in Internal Storage and copy all the other files and folders.
Reboot the device and select Android from Gen-Y Bootloader.
NOTE: first boot takes much time, for information, questions or bugs go in the official XDANDROID thread.

HTC SENSE 2.1/2.5 comparison
If you want save 7-9Mb of ram, you can disable
the dialer and revert to stock without videocall
D_L_Disable Dialer.cab
INSTALLATION: Your phone must have HardSPL! Rename the file to diamimg.nbh and copy to th Internal Storage. Format with MTTY, then reboot and press Vol.Down+"<-" key, then press the power button. When the update is finished, perform a soft reset.

NOTE: For better experience with this rom, RADIO 1.17.25.09 is recommended (alternative download)

This rom can install itself cabs from internal storage at first boot (UC like).
 You have to set "read-only" on the cab, copy to storage, create SDConfig.txt in the root of storage.
 The SDConfig.txt layout is like this:

 CAB: /Memorizzazione Interna/file2.cab
 Lock:Disable

Sto avendo un pò di proiblemi con la EnergyROM 3.0.

Le applicazioni si chiudono automaticamente appena torno alla home... una rottura incredibile. :-)

vai nella gestione delle applicazioni e metti la spunta su tutte le voci
