Does this have gps lag like the touch pro?

Does this TP2 have the same annoying lag when using gps? Where you're about 3-5seconds ahead of where the map says you are?

Example: You pass under a bridge in real life. In TomTom the location of you passes under the bridge like 3-5 seconds later.

It's not have to be Tomtom but any GPS guidance application such as Garmin, iGo, and Navigon, etc... On Touch Pro (aka FUZE) I've been experienced not only the position lag as mentioned in the first post but also the speed lag; for example, when you stop, the device takes about 2 seconds to display 0 km/h (or 0 mph.)

Hi the Rhodium is much better than the Raphael, however still takes a little tweaking on stock Rom to be spot on with TT.
There are also tweaks that can be applied for the Raphael to improve the lag and latency.

I've tried both Igo8 and TT7.910 on the TP2 and there's virtually no lag - it's certainly more than adequate for use as a day-to-day satnav

I'm using a Verizon Touch Pro2

Having terrible lag on TomTom
No lag problems with Google Maps or Bing.

TP2 lags on both Tomtom and IGO8, very annoying, tried garmin but that is worse. hopefully it will be sorted by some sort of rom upgrade or by tomtom.

I have no lag problem at all on my TP2 with both TomTom 7 and Igo8 - very happy with the performance of both.

I installed Copilot Live 8 and it works great, only time i see any lag is when the phone checks email or i get an incoming call.
