I'm not cooked Roms for Motorola, you need to know the correct address to start section which will be converted into a format B0000F

i have no clue where to start to make this rom.. researched everything and all i see are tutorials and tools for HTc PHONES.. does anybody have any ideas or can help plz help!!!

I want a ROM for A3100 too.

I was succeed to change the language from chines to english , but there is a lot of problem in there
1. install chines fonts on your pc
2. copy all content of this folder Windows> “开始”菜单 to your pc
3. remove read only system hidden ticks of windows folder and all content
4. install LEngCommon_English.exe
5. after the restart copy the content of “开始”菜单 into Startmenü

the big problem is you cannot access the setting at least it has a very hard way
and another problem is task manager is not working
I think it's not a big deal ,just need a little time to find what the problem line is
