WM 6.1 Keyboard Layout

I downloaded the custom ROM on the 1st post in WM6.1 thread. Then I downloaded the T9 fix that someone posted for WM6.1 and noticed the keyboard layout was still off. I made some modifications of my own just for the Fn+ characters in one of the text files. Everything is good now except for the fact that I can't hold the back arrow and delete an entire field. It's a pain in IE when trying to delete an entire URL. Anyone know how to get this working?
