eten m600 can't make a call "a wireless radio must be attached to use the phone"

i can not use my eten m600 phone it works good but i can not use it as a mobile phone
it is not deceting the sim card and when turning on GSM it turns on the blutooth and no gsm signal detected a cross sign on the gsm operator symbol always appearing
could anyone help please
