You should find manila listed in the Exceptions tab, just tap and hold, then choose delete.

tried the tweak but it does not go into landscape mode. it can change orientation upside down but notlandscape, can anyone help me with this? i deleted manila in the exceptions tab as well.

Try TF32D Tweak. Install it and start Manila Rotate on.
