HTC Exchange Sync

Tried setting it up today and got this error, has anyone seen it before?

FYI - Exchange 07 machine IS already configured for non provisioned device and my username does not have a space in it (although it DOES have an underscore, perhaps this is part of the know issue around names with spaces?)

any thoughts at all?

For me it was my misinterpretation of their icons.
For checkboxes in Android to be ticked on the check mark should be red not grey.
The default for the SSL checkmark at the bottom of the setup screen is off by default tick it to Red.
