Default RSS reader

Can anyone recommend a good RSS reader?

Key features I'm after:

1. Being able to read the summary feeds offline after u have updated them (e.g. update and then get on the tube or plane)

2. Being able to search for any feeds using keywords as well as entering the exact address

NewsRob and Greed uses GoogleReader. So for your second requirement, just use Google Reader to manage your feeds, then use NewsRob (free) or Greed (free and paid versions) to read them. Both supports offline caching. NewsRob offers an option to even download the web page that is associated with the feed.

Perfect, and free! (went for newsrob for now). Plus I won't lose my subscriptions if the software crashes or something goes wrong with my phone (happened to me with windows mobile a few times...)

Thanks!
