Rogers Magic

Hello Magic Users. I'm not new to XDA, coming from a Fuze and am rather experienced in ROM flashing but I can't figure out where to begin here so if someone could point me in the right direction that would be greatly appreciated.

I am getting a Rogers Magic in the near future and I would like to get a Hard SPL or equivilant for the Magic and basically be able to flash any ROM I want. Where do I begin? I really want to install the SuperHero v2 ROM so what do I need to do?
