Default Looking at buying HTC Magic Uk Vodafone - but how do I get Exchange Sync

I really like the HTC Magic but it seems Vodafone as usual has crippled it. I need to sync Outlook with my phone and Pc at home and also Microsoft Exchange Sync at work.

Is there any way to do this with the current Vodafone ROM or do I need to buy third party applications?

Which ROM if I did upgrade has the above functionality built in? If neither then I hope in future I can buy an Andriod phone and this time I would say no.

There are third party apps available at cost. The alternative is to flash a HTC Rom suitable for the Voda Magic. Read the Development forum for info.
