2nd this move....now hopefully key threads like JAC'S wont get bogged down by simple q n a thats an easy fix

At long last a dedicated section for standard Q&A's ^_^ Hopefully some of the threads as well will get moved here and indeed people will start to utilise this space instead of posting the same questions in the ROM threads.
