Default GPS and ROMS!!!

hey guys....i would like some guidance as to what is the best rom with garmin mobile xt. right now i'm using dcd 4.1.2 but i'm thinking about switching over to 6.5. any suggestions?....i also have just put garmin mobile on a friends titan and the time keeps changing....mine used to do that and then i figured out what the problem was a while back and now have forgotten. any help?

It is all about what version you have install. I like 50010 for no time changes. Check your pm for a link for that version if you don't have it.

thanks a bunch. anybody have any advice as to whats a good version of 6.5 to use? i know there are a bunch out there to choose from but with this being my first time flashing to 6.5 i was looking for any advice out there

Since you are going to be using such an intensive GPS program, it's more about what we should recommend against. Try not to use something with much preloaded stuff. Avoid ROMs that comes with the WM7 theme as default (you should stick with stock Titanium). Any of the available light ROMs should be fine, and it's just a matter of finding the one you like. You can always reflash if you find you prefer something else.

You can use mine or Ryan's available on this forum, or some of the one's available on PPC Geeks by either mattsm, bbsandkm, justpctech or cook your own in an available kitchen.

thanks....i just wasn't sure if there were specific versions that work better with garmin and gps. i heard some are more compatible than others. if anybody has garmin and could post what they use for 6.1 and 6.5 and what works well for them i would appreciate it.
