Flashing HTC Magic with superHERO ROM

Hi!
I am new to this list but I got an unlocked HTC Magic and saw that there is a superHERO ROM for it. I downloaded the ROM which seems to be a a zip archive (see http://androidcommunity.com/htc-sens...demo-20090630/).

So, I am looking for some instruction on how to flash my HTC Magic with this new ROM. Can anyone help or point to a source that would describe the procedure...

First you have to wipe the ext...then wipe data/factory......then flash.........hope i helped

Man this ROM is so outdated, you can find much better ones here.

This is the best walkthrough and the one I used on my first time:

Just substitute the Fatal1ty rom with whichever rom you want to flash.

If you are flashing a Hero rom then I would recommend at least 96Mb as your swap partition on your SD card. Amon_RA's recovery image will let you set that up quite easily.
