Question Tmobile's infamous MMS deletion problem on Treo Pro?

Well it appears to me that tmobile has a problem with Treo 750 users. It might be a firmware issue that causes the pictures to not come through to the 750. Either way, I'm sick of this. I have been looking at the Treo Pro and am fixed on getting on.

My question is, are there any Treo Pro users using Tmobile that had this MMS problem with the Treo 750? I want to switch to the Treo Pro, but if i'm going to still have the same problem, i don't want to shell out $400 for the pro.

Thanks

Default No worries mon!

And yes, I meant "mon."

Anyway, I have T-Mobile here in the U.S. and I've had no problems receiving MMS pictures. If you're not inclined to wait for Tier 3 T-Mobile Tech support, I can post the settings here. I'd do so now, but I'm at work as I'm typing this, so I can't really take too much time.

Well I don't have a Treo Pro yet. I really want one but am saving up. I have a Treo 750 and I cannot receive pic msgs and its so aggravating!

I am definitely getting the Pro though so if you could post them, I'd be thankful.

Bell Mobility does the same thing to me, they block MMS, and force you to goto their website.

well, i dont know if this will work for the treo pro, but my phone started to to this a little while ago, and i have a cingular 8525 unlocked on the tmobile network. for some odd reason, the phone will unregister itself as a phone capable of receiving pic messages, so all you have to do is send 2 pic messages to yourself, and then you should be able to receive them again. hope this helps...

This worked for me too. Must be two - one alone didn't work. Thank you!
