Default Thin Leather Slip Pouch for TD2

Hi,

Does anyone know where to get those thin leather pouchs for Diamond2? The ones that you only have to slip the phone inside ...
Similar to:

those ones for Diamond

or those ones for Nokia e71

Couldn't find them anywhere.

Default I've got one

Hi,

I've got one of the slip pouches (FOR SALE) just like the one in the picture except it doesn't have the HTC logo. I ordered it from China and got fed up waiting so bought a different one. If interested drop me a PM.

Cheers

Jon

I just recieved one of the ones in your top photo for my diamond 2 today from a guy in china on ebay, it took about a week to arrive but was a bargain at under £6 delivered.

more can be found here (igonore the ones for the Touch HD):
http://phones.shop.ebay.co.uk/items/...86Q2ec0Q2em282

the case is HTC branded and fits perfectly (no supprise)

I'll take some photos of it this evening.

Hi,

Thanks for your replies

Browsing ebay I've found two alternatives:

The one you pointed out:

Link

Which has some kind of strap to hold the device inside. Dunno how this works though, could you care to provide a brief explanation besides the pics?

Or another one:

Link

Which also states that is HTC original but seems a bit more robust, and the overall built quality seems better, but doesn't have anything to keep the device inside the pouch.

I will order one of these two, just have to decide which one lol :P

from just looking at those 2 photos i believe they're exactly the same case.

the strap you mention is only on one end and prevents the phone sliding right the way out when you slide it in. the strap material reminds me of a seatbelt but is much thinner. it is also shown on the 2nd photo above, its the lighter grey coloured bit in the end of the case shown. the inner lining of mine is soft felt which i believe is the same as the inner materia shown in the last photo above.

hope this helps!

Hi,

I order one today, it's the same as your 1st photo, and yes it has the HTC word on it.

See this link---> http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...fvi%3D1&_rdc=1

Ahhh finally I realized that the pouch is open on both sides

My first thought was that it was open on only one side and with the strap on the other one. Thats why I didn't get how the strap was supposed to work.

Thanks GavinAshford for the pics. I will order one of these for my TD2. £5.47 is quite a bargain from my pov

Yep, that's the point of the strap indeed. You can slide your phone inside from either end of the pouch.

I had it inside my phone original box and it's really usefull, doesn't make a big bulge in your pocket (as most of the pouch do), protects perfectly the phone and is very light.
