Default Full screen for Excel and Word

I hate the limited real estate with the pocket excel and pocket word. The top and bottom bars are a waste.

Tried Sofemaker Office but the Full Screen function still left the bottom bar which I could not get rid of.

Recently found Documents To Go. This software allows you to select REAL full screen for spreadsheets, word documents and powerpoints. Love this as it gives lot more viewable space on my TP2.

Agree. Just wish MS can add the full screen (real, not partial) to the tools like their DT versions.

By the way, won't it be great if somebody can develop a tool to enable full screen for all WM applications. I am willing to pay for it to make each screen more viewable.

Did you try the following:

Open Excel Sheet ---> Click on view ---> then click on full screen....

is this will be satisfactory or not....??

I still have not found a way to hide the top and bottom bars in pocket excel under view-full screen. Softmaker office can hide the top bar but not the bottom bar. Documents to go can hide both top and bottom bars and give a real FULL screen on the phone.
