Can this be used for flashing straightaway ? I tried (RUU/SD) but it gets stuck at 10% and after some time shows "Communication Error"...some other way to get this running ?

no, take out the OS only part, rebuild it into a flashable NBH and then you can flash it. none of the WM 6.5 ROMs can be flashed straightaway with current HSPL 1.33, we need a newer HSPL
