The OEM pack is quite a lot more reliable than the Cab in terms of booting...

Also, would anyone know what's required to make the three keyboards show up in the SIP menu?

Do you have the PACKAGE HTCFontLink in your ROM???

I had the same issue with ervius rom, but now with TIR v13d works very well ...
Diamond -> Touch PRO2 -> Milestone -> Desire -> Desire HD -> HD7 -> Galaxy S II -> Galaxy Note -> Evo 3D & Flyer

The latest FontLink is slightly different to the older builds...

I'll cook it in and see what changes (if anything).
