By definition look here. If you are located in Europe and , then GSM is the exclusive technology of choice.

Yep, liam is right. the CDMA forum will support all CDMA devices from predominantly North American carriers like Verizon, Sprint, Telus, Alltel, Bell, US Cellular, etc.

Sure, just change your service to a CDMA provider like Sprint, and order a new phone.
