• Contact ICICI for support.
• As far as any kind of transactions are concerned, i would suggest you not to do them from the applications.
• Ask ICICI for the minimum requirements for the application.

I am trying to upgrade my HTC P3400i from wm6 to wm6.5 using the step by step guide but i am facing a problem..will u pls help me...

Step 3: Prepare your Computer (Please pay attention, this is crucial!)

There is not much you need to do. Just open task manager and kill the Active Sync executable from the processes tab. Its named as wcescomm.exe.

Vista/Windows 7 Users

You need to take these steps :

1. Go to desktop, right click Computer, and select Manage. Go to Device Manager. Now under the section Mobile Devices, Double Click : Smartphone USB Sync.

2. On the Drivers tab, click "Update Driver..." button. On next screen click : "Browse my computer for driver software".

3. Click : "Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computers". Click "Have Disk.." on next screen. Click "Browse..." and go to the folder extracted in step 1. There, go to USBDriverforActiveSyncVista folder. Here select the file "wceusbsh.inf" and click OK.
My system is Windows 7 the above driver is not working for me ...what i hav to do...which driver i have to use...will u pls give me a link....Many many thanks in advance......................

• Download Link - click here.
  
• Also you need to install Mobile Device Center on your computer first.then you'll get the options as stated in the Guide.

I am having WMDC6.1..I am using W7X64 Home Basic
but my Device Manager Showing like this..
Actually my phone is syncing with PC
U r drivers also giving same error
What to do....

I'll advice you to use w7 x86 or XP x86 on VMWARE to do so.Bcozz there is always problem of drivers on x64 OSs.
FYI:I was having same problem but i installed drvupdate-amd64.msi from CD provided by HTC and i saw USB option.

I also installed drvupdate-amd64.msi..
But I was in doubt the USB option will be visible / not
Then shall I proceed with skipping the third step......

You can try to skip it.You can give it a try that USB option is visible or not.There is no chance to damage device.But if there is no USB option then you must not continue it.....
Just put your gene to bootloader mod den connect it to pC and run mmty.exe and see if USB is available or not(Don't do anything else!!!).If it is available den proceed to step 4 and not available(don't forget to remove SD card and follow all steps in guide) den wait......
