unable to install new rom : even after SIM and Cid unlocking

HI ,

plz help me i;m unable to upload new rom ..

i have a hard spl by oliver installed , then i try to upload a new win 6.1 rom it doesnt go futher stops in 0 and later says recovery and same again..

i tried both on vita and xp but was unable to upload new rom...

plz help me as i have follwed the instructions and have done cid unlosk and sim unlock along with flashing hard spl ...
i have no problems doing this but cant relly understand y only when flashing win 6.1 rom it doesnt let me do it..

i have the same problem.somehow my p3600 radio is deleted.and now when i power on. it says NO GSM in start and then stuck on windows mobile 6.1 logo .
i installed new roms without Radio again stuck on start up logo.
whenever i installs radio rom it stucks on 13%.
i tried sdcard meathed it stucks on Gsm(Radio).

SO THE PROBLEM IS RADIO
