Boxwave Electraspan Battery

Picked up one of these 2 months ago:

The battery life is decent enough, a charge will last me all day......but the problem is the battery cover, which is paper thin. I've been through 3 of these covers in two months, and not once dropped my phone. each time the cover breaks in the same spot, lower right corner, right on the edge.

I've emailed Boxwave about the issue 3-4 times, and not once heard a peep back from them on the issue....which I think is a manufacturing issue as the break has occurred in the exact same spot each time.

This has been my only interaction with Boxwave, and i have to say that I am far less than impressed. Anyone else have experience dealing with boxwave, or the battery/cover in question?
