Default Samsung i907 Epix Windows Mobile 6.5 23017 & 23081

Here is the long waited WM6.5 rom for the Epix.

Please test and report bugs.

New ROM updated 08/05/2009
- fixed shortcut keys
- added HTC Network Wizard
- added PHM RegEdit, Pocket Screen Capture and TotalCMD

WM6.5 build 23017 15mb page pool
http://rapidshare.com/files/264904543/PDA6.5_15mbPP.bin
- no add-on apps

WM6.5 build 23081 - 15mb page pool - New Updated
http://rapidshare.com/files/29929586...5ppUpdated.bin
* fixed chome photo link
* fixed shortcut keys
Internet is working fine for me on AT&T using the automatic configuration after first initialization. You'll have to go to connection setup and change it to use "Proxy Internet" for AT&T. Not sure about settings for other providers.
- Power cycle phone after first initialization boot
- added adobe pdf reader LE 2.5
- removed oem mms and added Arcsoft MMS 5.2.0.22
- removed oem Jblend and added Jblend Build V3.3.5
- further remove more apps such as mobile banking, mobile wiki etc..
-*Please report bugs*

For screen shots, please visit this link:

* Boot on first initialization screen will be slow - I think it's the nature of WM6.5 and also using WM6.1 drivers
* Mouse rendering is still an issue

--Use this rom at your own risk--If you don't know how to flash a custom rom, please ask or else you might ended up with a paper weight.

This is just the regular english version. I haven't implemented the Chinese capabilities yet.

Can you add the palm threaded messaging when you get the chance ?, because it works really well on my epix. Also, the percentage battery icon from your previous rom kills the battery pretty fast.

Thanks for your hard work

Startup is a little slow, but otherwise it definitely works. Trashcan's the man. Also for anyone wondering the VGA patch works on this ROM, though the menus are still HUGE...
One other thing, device.exe usage is still through the roof after using GPS... ugh..

well that sucks, but not unexpected. The GPS cpu usage is linked to the phone portion of the rom that was updated in ID1. Either way, flashing now and looking to see what's new. (At least I don't have to wait for AT&T/Samsung to push out an update for 6.5)
